Return policy
Bottles and Bridles you can return it in new, unused condition with original packaging and hangtags. Broken items are only returnable if because of a manufacturer defect. Such items must be returned to us for inspection, where will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Returned packages must be postmarked within one week of receipt for credit. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded unless the shipment was our mistake. Store credit or exchange up to 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days, except if is a Christmas gift puchased in November. Those are exchangable. Final sale items and custom made items are not returnable.
Saddles have a one week trial period. Billet marks are O.K. but the rest of the saddle must be in new, unused condition with all its hangtags to be returned. If you wish to use stirrup leathers to try the saddle, wrap them carefully in a soft, non abrasive material. Do not use vet wrap, it will scratch the saddle. Please do not try out English saddles in tall boots, jeans, or chaps. Use paddock boots. Used saddles may be tried with stirrups, but must be retuned in the same condition as it was shipped in. We ask that you insure returned packages for your own protection.
If you receive damaged goods you must save the shipping box & contact us and UPS IMEDIATELY. Failure to do so could result in your being charged for damaged goods. UPS has a very strict policy on insurance. Bottles & Bridles Tack Shop does not ship broken or damaged goods. All shipments are carefully inspected before shipping and well packed.
If you wish to return an item that was dropped shipped from one of our suppliers, please contact us as you may need a Return Authorization Number.
Delivery times vary. Orders placed in the morning and are usually shipped the same day. In most of New England it is overnight delivery. Florida is 5 business days. California is 7 business days. Wyoming and Texas is 5. The rest you can probably guess at. Shipping charges are what UPS charges us. If you give us an email address we can send you a tracking Number.
